The City of Melville is experiencing unforeseen system issues that are causing delays with the delivery of rating, invoicing, bookings, health, compliance, building, and planning-related services.

We are working with the vendor as a priority to resolve these issues as soon as possible and will provide an update once resolved.

We understand the impact this has on the community and apologise for the inconvenience.

I understand that cancellations require 30 days notice with any LeisureFit membership.
Any fees due within this 30 day notice period will be charged as per normal (i.e. one full debit). *Due to pool refurbishment, debits will be adjusted to reflect the last day of the pool operation (Monday, 18 March 2024).
