Cancelling your commercial waste service
Should you wish to cancel your commercial waste service, please provide at least two (2) weeks' notice by emailing your written notification to [email protected].Damaged, stolen or missed bin collections

If we didn't pick up your bin, it may be because it was:
- placed on the verge too late (should be out by 6.00am on collection day);
- contaminated with the wrong materials. See a what goes in which bin;
- was too heavy;
- our truck was unable to access it. If this is the case, we will leave notice for you on your bin or mailbox. Or;
- we accidentally missed it - oops! If your bin hasn't been collected by 3.00pm on bin day, and no sticker or letter has been left, please submit a request ta have your bin emptied within 3 business days.
