Sit-to-Fit seated exercise classes
Chair based exercises are great for improving cardio fitness, muscular strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for people who may have reduced mobility, balance issues or are recovering from an injury.- Located indoors on the courts at LeisureFit Melville
- Mondays and Wednesdays, 10.00am to 10.40am
- Fridays , 9.00am to 9.40am
- $5.00 cover charge applies

Active Light
Basic, low impact moves for those starting out or wanting a simple, fun class.
- Active Light is located at Jeff Joseph Reserve Applecross
- Tuesdays, 8.30am to 9.00am

Functional Fitness
A variety of bodyweight and core exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body. The session is a mix of high intensity and body weight strength and training designed to improve overall fitness and strength.
- Functional Fitness is located outdoors under the flood lights at Shirley Strickland Reserve (corner Mitchell Street and Coogee Road, Ardross)
- Mondays, 5.30pm to 6.15pm
- Functional Fitness will be taking a break over the Festive Season. Classes will return on Monday, 2 February 2026
Tunes For Tots
Dance, move, sing songs and have some fun with your little one. This class is suitable for children aged 2 years+.
- Tunes for Tots is located at Point Walter (near the cafe)
- Wednesdays, 9.30am to 10.00am
- Tunes for Tots will be taking a break over the Festive Season. Classes will return on Wednesday, 4 February 2026
Yoga
Stretch and strengthen all parts of the body. Improve posture, balance and flexibility.
- Yoga is located at Point Walter (down from the tennis courts and opposite the blue tree)
- Saturdays, 7.15am to 8.00am
- Yoga will be taking a break over the Festive Season. Classes will return on Saturday, 7 February 2026.

Information about inclement weather
Please note that classes will not run if the temperature exceeds 35°C, and they may be cancelled if it rains. For updates on class cancellations due to weather, please check LeisureFit's Facebook page.
