- 50m heated indoor pool, 8 x 50m lanes or 16 x 25m lanes, 1.2m to 2m deep
- Dive Pool, 4 x 25m lanes, 2m to 3.8m deep

Group Fitness Studio
- Capacity: 45 people
Cycle Studio
- Capacity: 39 people
Wellness Studio
- Capacity: 16 people
The Yard
- Capacity: 25 people

There are different inclusions depending on what space you decide to hire. Some features include but are not limited to:
