Kardinya Hall is a wonderful community facility located within the Morris Buzacott Reserve and managed by the Lions Club. There is a large hall available for hire as well as a smaller Meeting Room which can be used for small groups and meetings. The hall is suitable for a range of activities including dancing, badminton and martial arts, but is not suitable for ball sports.

Getting to Kardinya Hall
Kardinya Hall is located at the Morris Buzacott Reserve on the corner of Williamson Road and Prescott Drive, Kardinya. The best access to the carpark is from Prescott Drive.Opening Hours
Kardinya Hall has flexible booking hours, however, early morning and late night bookings must be considerate of noise.
House Rules
- No ball sports within the Centre
- No birthday parties
- No cooking allowed as the kitchen is not a commercial kitchen
- Public Liability must be provided
Hire Costs
There is a bond fee of $500
Regular hire fees:
- Main Hall: $28.00 per hour
- Meeting Room: $20.00 per hour
Casual hire fees:
- Main Hall: $35.00 per hour
- Meeting Room: $25 per hour
- Whole Venue Function (Main Hall, Meeting Room and Kitchen): $70.00 per hour
