The City of Melville is experiencing unforeseen system issues that are causing delays with the delivery of rating, invoicing, bookings, health, compliance, building, and planning-related services.

We are working with the vendor as a priority to resolve these issues as soon as possible and will provide an update once resolved.

We understand the impact this has on the community and apologise for the inconvenience.

PHAZE Registration Form

To participate in our PHAZE Urban Art Program you need to complete a registration form. Registration is only required to be completed once per season. By registering you will receive notifications of any changes to planned PHAZE sessions. We will also keep you updated with upcoming PHAZE sessions and events. Please be aware this event is for young people aged 12-25.
