Councillor Soo Hong

Soo is a mother of a 6-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl and lives with her husband in Bateman.  Soo grew up in South Korea, where she learned the value of strong families and hard work.  As a self-employed dental prosthetist, Soo has learned the positive impact small businesses can have on the local economy.  Soo supports educational opportunities and healthy lifestyles by volunteering at her children’s schools and sporting clubs.
 
Soo is passionate about cultural diversity, sport and recreation and loves spending time with her family, drawing, painting, playing and watching sport.
