MARKYT® Community Scorecard and Wellbeing Survey
The City of Melville’s MARKYT® Community Scorecard Survey was open for community feedback between Monday, 4 August until Sunday, 31 August 2025. The survey has now closed.
The MARKYT® Community Scorecard Survey asks the community to rate the City’s services, events, programs, and facilities – highlighting areas of strength and identifying opportunities for improvement. It also seeks feedback on key aspects that influence quality of life, including community participation, work, education, and personal finances, offering valuable insights into community wellbeing. Additionally, local businesses are encouraged to share their needs and perceptions to help the City improve its support for the business community.
This independent and confidential survey is to be completed by CATALYSE® on behalf of the City of Melville. We will share the results once available. The results are then compared to previous years as well as other local governments in WA to understand how we are performing over time as well as in comparison to other local governments.
