How to pay
You can pay via cash (coins only, select meters only, meters that accept cash listed in individual parking areas below), credit card (select meters only), PayPass or EasyPark at all of our parking meters. Mastercard, Visa and AMEX accepted.

Fixed Parking Cameras
The City of Melville is introducing new technology to enhance parking management and support community safety. The fixed parking cameras will be used in select areas and parking stations, replacing traditional methods such as tyre chalking and foot patrols.This innovative approach will help ensure parking spaces are used fairly and efficiently, making it easier for residents and visitors to access local facilities. The devices will allow our Community Safety team to monitor parking more accurately and efficiently, freeing up time to respond to other important community needs.
It’s important to note that these cameras are not CCTV and do not record audio or video.
We are committed to implementing solutions that benefit the community and create a safer, more accessible City for everyone.
On-street Parking at Fiona Stanley Hospital
The City of Melville is not responsible for any of the Parking Stations located through out Fiona Stanley Hospital, this includes Visitor Parking, Emergency Parking as well as Staff Parking. We do monitor the on-street parking for the area.These streets include:
- Barry Marshall Parade, Murdoch - 1 meter accepts cash
- Robin Warren Drive, Murdoch - 2 meters accepts cash
- Winch Way, Murdoch - 1 meter accepts cash
- Fiona Wood Road, Murdoch - 1 meter accepts cash
- Jennalup Street, Murdoch - Please note these 2 machines only accept cards/paypass
On street parking within this Precinct is first hour free (active parking session still required) and $2.80 per hour thereafter with a 2 hour time restriction, 7 days per week. There are 15 on-street parking machines within the Fiona Stanley Precinct.
On & Off Street Parking Riseley Street Precinct
There are 10 on and off-street parking machines within the Riseley Street Precinct. These streets include:
- Kearns Crescent - First 3 hours free, active parking session still required. $2.70 per hour.
- Simpson Street Car Park - First 3 hours free, active parking session still required. $2.20 per hour, maximum $5.25 per day. Fees apply 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday
- Willcock Street Car Park - First 3 hours free, active parking session still required. $2.20 per hour, maximum $5.25 per day. Fees apply 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday
On-street Parking Areas and Fees
On-street parking is available within the following streets withing the City of Melville.
First hour free (active parking session still required) $2.70 per hour thereafter located outside The Raffles Hotel.
3 hour time restricted parking, no fee applicable, located along river between Moreau Mews and Riverway.

Vehicles can park in any bay except the 22 designated trailer bays at the northern end of the car park, which are for vehicles with trailers or trailers only.

- No parking meter on site, payment needs to be processed using Easypark application.
